Finally authentic bbq definitely needed in the valley. If you like real smoked bbq and not what famous Dave’s says is bbq, try this place. Leroy’s was a step up from FD but this place was what we’ve been craving in BbQ. Got the brisket fatty mix with tallow fries, Mac and beans. The brisket came with bread, pickled veg and bbq sauce. Brisket is juicy and tender, literally falling apart. Tallow fries were amazing, steak cut, crispy and salted to perfection. Mac was a bit on the softer side but that’s on preference, I prefer a more al dente pasta but it was so cheesy with a breaded crust. The beans had so much flavor plus bacon and tender chunky pieces. The bbq sauce was on the tangy side, not what I usually go for but for me and my family we really enjoyed it, Smokey tangy and sweet. Love everything we got and can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the menu. Also they do have a bar. They have a variety of beer and liquor choices. We ordered to-go but as I waited I got a Tito’s w/ monster Meal fed 5 people comfortably 4 adults 1 little. Came for the Dino ribs, but unfortunately they ran out. Went ahead and got the 1/2 rack of ribs, 1/2 of burnt ends and they didn’t disappoint. For dessert I got the banana pudding and it was good. As a Texan, I approve of this BBQ. Server was great and helpful.
