We come here often and we started off having a great time and always had good service. Then it started going bad, six times in a row and the managers were super rude and had a horrible attitude. Came today cause I really wanted saltgrass, my bf did not. We ended up coming for lunch. My food was cooked perfectly. My boyfriend‘s was on the rare side again. I server Jennifer was really sweet and helped us and called a manager out. This manager was extremely professional completely understanding and you could tell. He actually cares about his job and the satisfaction of the customers. Thank you so much Mark! Thank you for being kind, he said next visit he will take care of it just ask for him. Corporate needs to give you a raise! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My recent experience at Saltgrass Steak House in Corpus Christi was disappointing and frustrating. From the moment we sat down, the service was abysmal. It took over 25 minutes just to get our drinks and appetizers ordered. My daughter had to wait nearly 30 minutes into our meal to finally receive her sweet tea. What was even more frustrating was the way we were treated by the servers. Despite being seated and clearly ready to order, they repeatedly passed by us, serving other tables while almost entirely ignoring our presence. It felt like we were invisible. To make matters worse, when my porterhouse steak finally arrived, it was overcooked to a super well-done state, despite my clear request for it to be medium. After spending two hours in the restaurant, we were still waiting for our corrected order. The manager, who claimed to be available if we needed anything, was no help at all. Despite our obvious dissatisfaction, he did nothing to address the situation. Overall, this was the worst dining experience I've had in South Texas. The service was horrendous, and the lack of care from the staff and management was appalling. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a pleasant meal.
