We went for my birthday and was very delicious. Had the fried mushrooms and they were to die for. Then main course had 2 different t steaks which were both cooked to perfection. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Fried Mushrooms Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot

My husband and I just left the Saltgrass Steak House in the River Park center between 99 and HW59. We were celebrating our anniversary. We were very unhappy with the service. I don't believe Management is doing their job. 1) First, we get there and there are plenty of seats. The hostess takes us to the back to a table. I then make it clear we prefer a booth. Suggestion - when customers come in and there are plenty of places to sit why not ask if there is a preference. 2)My husband orders a "medium well steak". He says this twice and the waitress repeats it. However when he receives it - the steak is rare! At this point we attempt to get the attention of the waitress who was busy. There were 4 employees standing directly across from us - talking. We waved and their eyes landed on us and they all turned their backs while one played with her hair as she turned her back. They did get our waitress for us. Suggestion: instead of ignoring us why not say something to us, wave and say we will get your waitress instead of obviously ignoring us (?) 3)When our waitress did return and corrected the steak (actually now the steak was overcooked), we told her it was overcooked and we wanted to "speak" to the Manager. The Manager did not bother to come out to speak to us, instead he took "$9.00" off the bill. The bill was right at $100 yet this is what he felt was appropriate. Extremely disappointed in the service.
