We had 15 people at the table. 3 steaks were ordered medium. They came out medium rare. Boarder line almost rare. One was sent back. It returned very well done. Another steak was ordered. Finally got it right. Another one came out well done instead of medium. Had to order another one. So 2 steaks were trashed. Had to ask for extra condiments several times. My food was great. Just a few problems. I am really big on reviews. We decided to visit this steak house because the majority of their reviews were positive. I'm so glad that we did. We were greeted upon arrival and waited about 15 minutes for our party of three to be seated. I was so happy that we were seated near a television, so that we could watch the rest of the game. Our server Riley was polite, professional, and attentive. He didn't miss a beat. He made sure we had everything that we needed the whole time we were there. Riley brought warm bread and butter to our table. It was really good. We started with brisket nachos, and Caesar salads. We all ordered the Wagon Boss Top Sirloins. Compliments to the chef, because they were cooked to perfection. They were so juicy, tender, and flavorful. I had cheesecake for dessert. I love cheesecake. Theirs was delicious, and the slice was huge. We definitely got great food, nice portions, and most importantly, great service at Saltgrass Steak House. I definitely recommend this family friendly establishment to anyone looking for great tasting food and a welcoming environment.
