We ate a normal pizza and a gluten-free pizza that were really good! It is usually very difficult to find restaurants organized for people with celiac disease but I must say that the Samarcanda pizzeria exceeded all expectations: in addition to being able to choose any type of flavor from the menu for a gluten-free pizza, the dough is really soft and crunchy and probably fresh ( prepared by them and not frozen). The normal pizza was also very good, seasoned enough and very tasty! Highly recommended!!
