I came here for the first time because I heard from someone connected to the ramen that it was delicious. The menu is extensive, and there are limited menus for the day, but since it was my first time, I ordered the ``Konten Soba with Shoyu'' as it seemed to be the restaurant's recommendation. You can choose whether the soup is strong or light, and the noodles are hard or soft. The soup is carefully prepared, so the soup stock is effective, the color is clear, and it is delicious. I ordered the noodles to be hard, but the noodles were straight and went well with the soup. The presentation is also beautiful. I also ordered a boiled egg topping, but I liked the runny texture of the yolk. When I ordered the rice, it was quite large, but when I poured the soup on it, it became like ochazuke and I finished it deliciously. It's a restaurant I'd like to go to again because it has a wide variety of menus and limited menu items. The owner and staff were both very nice people Moreover, the owner is passionate about research! On his regular holidays, he goes around eating ramen restaurants around the country. Ramen is always the only thing on my mind︎ When you watch them making food at the counter, you can tell they are concentrating. As the store name suggests, do they put soul into their noodles? I think that's why we can offer delicious ramen. The owner seems to be a shy craftsman, and there is a sign inside the store that says, ``You are free to take photos, but please refrain from taking close-ups of the staff, as it is embarrassing.'' It's funny. What's more, even though it's such a popular restaurant, they don't act like tengu, they keep a low profile, and they always politely say, ``Thank you for finishing the meal,'' when you leave. This restaurant is run by my wife and I, and I feel like the reason for its popularity is not just the ramen, but also the personalities of the two of them postscript Rich dried sardines ramen “Nibobitan N” This also has an interesting name, but it is carefully made and has a rich dried sardine stock, but perhaps because it has been carefully cooked for a long time, there is no smell or harsh taste, and the soup is rich and delicious. Crispy onions go perfectly with dried sardines ramen! Both the soup and noodles are exquisite. "Pork and chicken tontori" soy sauce This is double hot water soup with a ratio of 6 parts chicken to 4 parts pork. This combination is perfect because it's a rich soup (but not too greasy) that's rich and delicious! Samaro’s exquisite balance! Goes well with straight noodles Rice ramen that tastes delicious even when you pour this delicious soup over rice As always, the arrangement is careful and the noodle lines inside the bowl are beautiful The limited edition ramen that comes out every month is an elaborate dish, and I'm looking forward to seeing what's available this month. The limited menu will be announced on Instagram, etc., and detailed information will be written on the board at the store. The photo is of the limited menu for May 2023. "Baji-ru" Peperoncino-style mazesoba also looks Italian style, but it's mazesoba! It's Western-style mazesoba with olive oil, but it's also delicious! The colors are beautiful too. Also, sometimes there are limited menus that are only available for one day. There will be announcements on SNS, etc., so be sure to check them out. A restaurant with a wide variety of menus, including standard and limited menus that you'll want to come back to again and again The rice dishes are also delicious, so I recommend them. A rice bowl that goes well with green onion rice bowl or ramen. Sometimes there are limited editions of rice items, and these are also delicious! The light soup, chicken, and pork soups are all delicious. You might think it's a quick soup, but the richness of the soup is unique to this place. Of course, seafood such as dried sardines is also delicious. They make each cup with care, so there may be a wait when it's crowded. This is a cup of Samaro-san that I want to eat even if I wait. Kid-friendliness: In addition to the counter, there are tatami seats in the back, so many people come with children.
