Samdan Mediterranean Restaurant and Bar

Orders placed through our website are processed through Square and delivered by third-party drivers who are not employed by Samdan. Once an order leaves our restaurant with a third-party driver, the delivery itself is unfortunately outside of our control. If you place your order by phone and choose delivery with one of our own drivers, then of course we take full responsibility for your order until it arrives at your door. For many years, we have always done our best to resolve any issue our customers may have. Our staff spent nearly 20 minutes on the phone trying to assist you during one of our busiest hours. Unfortunately, repeatedly yelling at our staff while they are trying to help does not make it possible to find a productive solution.Since this delivery was handled by a third-party service, you could also have contacted the company that delivered your order directly. They would have been able to address the delivery issue and, depending on the circumstances, provide a refund. We always stand behind the food and service that are within our control, and we will always do our best to help our customers respectfully and fairly. We’re sorry you had this experience, and we hope that next time we can serve you under more respectful circumstances.
