Super bon ces plats de Ramen à Sammidang ! Le cuisinier super cool me prévient que le plat que je prends est très épicé (il a régulé pour moi) + m’apporte une fourchette me voyant galerer avec les baguettes ! Sammidang is famous for its owner, who studied abroad in Japan, making authentic ramen based on chicken broth. The special feature is that you can choose the broth according to your taste.
