Most amazing smoked salmon I’ve ever had. He’s open later in the summer - we came at 4:30pm and he was there but he might open later so heads up for anyone visiting from out of town. Also nudge the terrier is adorable! Price per person: $10–20

Well would you believe it I just had the nicest little stop at Samnzar Smoke Shack this past weekend with my daughter and the grandbabies We were headed out toward the coast when we spotted this darling roadside stand and decided to pull over for a bite The kind man working there was just as polite as can be and he offered us a sample of the smoked salmon which was simply out of this world Tender flavorful and smoked just right It brought me right back to the way my father used to prepare fish when I was a little girl We picked up a few pieces to take along for our drive and I must say it was the best decision we made all day Even the little ones enjoyed it and that is saying something Places like this are few and far between these days Good honest food made with care and served with a smile I will surely be back next time we pass through Kindly, Carol
