Loyal customers for almost 5 years, we were very disappointed by our dishes and the service. We ordered a tuna tataki, sent back after having taken 3 pieces because it was inedible, had a very strong taste and seemed stale. Incident reported as soon as they were tasted and sent back to the kitchen by the waitress (tataki and sashimi from the menu). When the bill arrived, the waitress still counted this dish which had not been eaten and explained that she could not remove it because it was “like that”. The rest of the dishes were good and the fish fresh. Very disappointed with this establishment and its lack of professionalism, we will not return. And following the charming response from your establishment, I would like to point out that you have never omitted the supplements associated with the various modifications (allergies or intolerances) of the dishes. Coming from far away, it is true that you were regularly kind enough to welcome us at 2:00 p.m., but the last time when after a reservation at this time you invited us to order takeaway (and eat in the car) because 2:00 p.m. was good too late The truth is a question of point of view, and it is with great regret that we were unable to speak with the manager, who was absent today, in order to directly explain these problems encountered. However, you had still started half of the dish before telling us that the tuna was not to your taste and only during the addition, this is all the more regrettable since we would have taken it back from you if that had been reported earlier. Regarding the professionalism of the waitress, the waitresses have always welcomed you even after 2:15 p.m. while the restaurant closes at 2:30 p.m. because you are/were loyal customers and in the kitchen we have always made all the desired modifications so that that suits you (eg: the sashimi menu all sea bream with a little salmon, green salad instead of rice etc.). At Samourai, it's always a treat, with the best miso soup in the region for my taste, well-cut and balanced sushi and makis, very fresh wasabi, and all served by a friendly and helpful team. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
