If you are not looking for an all you can eat to eat rice that looks like porridge, shoyu diluted with water and slices of fish cut with a slicer but instead you want an authentic restaurant that knows how to mix tradition and creativity, this is an place I recommend. In Europe I have rarely found Japanese restaurants where the food is made with attention and love with an excellent quality-price ratio like in this place.
