I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the customer service I received today. I attempted to place a takeaway order and called multiple times, but my calls went unanswered despite repeated attempts. This was a very frustrating experience, and I hope you can improve your responsiveness to better assist your customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. Ordered South Indian Veg Aviyal, Tandoori Roti, and Kerala Mutton Curry. The aviyal was actually a gobi aloo curry , two completely different dishes. As a South Indian who has cooked and eaten aviyal for years, this was immediately obvious. When I called the restaurant, instead of acknowledging the mistake, the staff who was a North Indian argued that it was their recipe. That is not acceptable. I asked to give the phone to someone who knows about it she simply cut my call. This speaks so much about the restaurant!! The menu says South Indian Aviyal, it should be South Indian Aviyal. If you cannot prepare it, please be upfront about it rather than substituting something entirely different. The tandoori rotis were burnt beyond eating, and the mutton curry had none of the hallmarks of a Kerala preparation, it was a generic North Indian style curry. Customers who know these cuisines will not be fooled. Honesty and transparency are the bare minimum. Would not recommend. Stay away. I would prefer a restaurant honest even if taste is compromised! Patrons can enjoy a variety of dishes from vegetarian and non-vegetarian mains like Paneer Butter Masala and Butter Chicken to unique regional specialties such as Kerala Chicken Ularthiyath and Chettinadu. The menu also features a selection of breads including Cheese Naan, and for those with a sweet tooth, traditional Indian desserts. The restaurant is particularly popular in the evening, reflecting its welcoming dinner atmosphere. In terms of food, I had saag paneer, garlic naan and tandoori roti. Saag paneer was okay compared to what I have had at other places. Gravy was creamy but it wasn't that much tasty. Garlic naan and roti were also upto the mark.
