或る日のタイ活動は、南砺市福野 samrup サムラップ。 ゲーンハンレー（แกงฮังเล） ヤムウンセン 紅茶 自宅から1時間かかるけれども、それでも食べに行きたい、北陸で1番おいしいタイ料理店 今日はタイ北部チェンマイのカレーで、簡単に言うと生姜風味のポークカレーがメイン。 これがまた既製品のペーストは一切使ってないガチなやつでとてもおいしい。ココナツミルクは使わないミャンマーの影響が強い料理です。 この前のマッサマンも良かったけれど、これもいいなぁ。 サラダからその辺の店とは明らかに違うので、店主に聞いたところ、ル・コルドン・ブルー（フランス・パリにて創立100年の名門）のバンコク校タイ料理教室で9ヶ月間しっかりと学んだ技だそうです。 だから完璧なんですね納得 昼も夜も基本はカオゲンスタイル（ご飯の上におかずを乗せたワンプレートランチ。一人1200円）ですが、貸切のときのみ、昼夜問わずサムラップ（いろんなおかずを組み合わせた晩餐。一人4500円〜）もできるそうです。 料理のレパートリーは200種類以上ということなので、近日中にサムラップを食べに行きたいと思ってます #タイ料理 #samrup #タイ #thaifood #thaifood #curry #南砺市 #福野 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000
