Constant inefficiency at the store. Grocery pickers frequently claim items are out of stock, despite them being available and visible when I walk in. When I go directly to get what I need, there are no issues. Meanwhile, the manager seems indifferent. Long lines form, with people leisurely chatting instead of working efficiently. It’s frustrating and absurd — the worst experience I've had at a membership club. Cafe is a joke. They need to improve. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
