If I could give this a negative star review I would. Went to order at the snack bar after shopping. There is a lady standing right there next to a digital device that looks like where they take your credit card. I went to order and she said asked me if I had ordered on the app. I responded no. She said she could not take my money or credit card in order to order something at the snack bar. Totally ridiculous and stupid. I hope whatever experiment this is fails 1000 times over. Totally ludacris to have people standing right there that you can’t pay so they can’t get your food. Why in the world are they standing there? This is a stupid and ignoramus idea from Sam’s Club. Do better Sam’s. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

No cash register. No self pay kiosk. Cafe staff forcing people to download app and order through that. Some senior citizens left without eating since they could not figure out the app Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
