Very very disappointing. As someone who loves Uzbek cuisine, I left this restaurant very disappointed. I went there this evening at the end of my shift at the Balti Jaama Turg market. My Uzbeki pilaf was not very fresh (because certainly prepared several hours ago) then reheated afterwards, and therefore tasteless at the time I had my dish. I wasn't very enthusiastic about the Cheburek beef either. I don't know how to describe it, it was too soft and very oily. Odd. I only ate half. The restaurant room is magnificent and very nicely decorated, I love this immersion. But at the end of the day, some tables were not clean with lots of rice underneath on the floor. I eat rather slowly and I had put my plate of rice pilaf aside while waiting to also eat the cheburek. I didn't understand why a waitress took my plate and left with it. I couldn't finish it any further. We certainly must have misunderstood each other because of the language barrier. I honestly think that I didn't go at the right time and that I was unlucky. I am convinced that this Samsa Family Bakers restaurant must be fabulous and that the food is delicious. But today that was absolutely not the case. The quality was not there and the value for money was not great. Total disappointment. Damage! My advice, don't be like me. Avoid going there at the end of the day. The Instagram page convinced me to come, but the reality was confusing. Shocked! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
