Such a shame not living the best like its branch at Lotte Shopping Avenue. Awful service. Food was great as always. But somehow service non existent. We booked VIP room for business meeting with client. To get our tea we need to go out of the room and find the server which worked like a ninja. Invisible. We spent roughly IDR 5 millions, and no complimentary service at all. Very bad dining experience food was longer than expected. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I often go to Samwon on Lotte Shopping Avenue, but if I'm at Plaza Indonesia and really want Korean food, I'll definitely go to Samwon. Best bibimbap in the Jakarta area in my opinion. The taste when you mix it all together is super delicious. The service at Plaza Indonesia here is also very friendly, unlike at Lotte here, the vibe is busier, maybe because it's an open area. But for taste, service, comfort, it always wins.
