I stopped by San Ginés Austin after a year, and wow they’ve really stepped up their churros game. The churros were very tasty this time, perfectly crispy on the outside with that classic sugar goodness, and the dipping chocolate was rich and satisfying exactly what you want when you’re craving something sweet. The happy hour was another highlight great deals on drinks and small bites, and the vibes were super chill with a fun crowd. It’s a cool spot for hanging out with friends, grabbing dessert after dinner, or just enjoying a laid-back afternoon. Overall, it felt like they’ve improved a lot since my last visit , the churros were definitely worth coming back for, and the atmosphere made the experience even better.
