One of the Best Ecuadorian Restaurants in Quito! I recently had the pleasure of dining at Restaurant San Ignacio and it exceeded all my expectations! The ambiance perfectly reflects Ecuadorian culture, with warm decor and a welcoming atmosphere. The menu is a treasure trove of traditional dishes, each prepared with authentic flavors and fresh ingredients. I highly recommend trying the locro de papa, ceviche, and the hornado— locro de MARISCOS,each dish transported me straight to the heart of Ecuador’s rich culinary heritage. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Whether you’re a local craving a taste of home or a visitor eager to explore Ecuadorian cuisine, this restaurant is a must-visit. I can’t wait to return and explore more of their menu. Five stars!
