The food is very good. I am from Veracruz and in this place they sell the best seafood. We have been here with the family about 5 times and the food, the atmosphere and the service are very good. Gustavo, the manager of the restaurant, is always looking out for us, asking us if we are okay or if we need something else. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

When entering the establishment you always have to wait for an employee to assign you a table and it is normal, but sometimes there is no one to help you and you have to wait. The food is very good and the employees are friendly and attentive. I have been going to this establishment for half a year and so far so far so good. It is a site that I highly recommend. I Ordered the Mar Y Tierra (English for Land and Sea). This is grilled rib-eye steak and grilled shrimp. What a combination! I've had this at other Mexican restaurants but it never seemed to have that special Mexican Restaurant flavor. I don't know their recipe but this was the best.Get it at San Juan Mexican Restaurant in Whiteville, NC.
