See The Cape Wheel by default, the guests' piece of advice is to visit this restaurant as well. Explore the world of Italian cuisine here. Perfectly cooked seafood pizza, fried fish and sirloin steaks have a nice taste. Try good cheesecakes, gelato and tiramisu. It is cool to enjoy delicious Sauvignon blanc, beer or rosé wine. Based on the reviewers' opinions, waiters serve great iced coffee, espresso or milkshakes.

The homely atmosphere of San Marco allows visitors to relax after a hard working day. Most guests are happy about the energetic staff and the professional service at this place. It's a pity, food here isn't worth the democratic prices as users state. This spot hasn't got a high rating from Google users.

In all the years that we saw and just avoided this prime-located restaurant a real tourist hot-spot over looking the Table-Bay harbour where all the yachts and boats are anchored exuding the feel of Monte-Carlo and in the background the picturesque Table Mountain. Even the Big Wheel is right there only a stones throw away. When we saw that “Hyperli” has a voucher offering a Choice of Meal for two we decided that now is our chance to visit and experience the Tourist-ii thing. The restaurant has a love-lii inside seating area, a nice well stocked up Bar but drinks are served at the tables but the massive outside seating area under all the large umbrellas is real-lii the place to be. They are Covid-19 compliant, you must wear your “mask”, hand-spray when you arrive, you have to fill-out the personal information form and your temperature is checked. Our waitress Chenesai was very well mannered and attended to us pleasant-lii. To start off we settled for a glass of Nederberg “Rose’” and for mains we had 1. 250g Sirloin-steak served with chips 2. Line-fish catch of the day light-lii grilled with chips. Our meals were delicious and the ambience was true-lii relaxed and the the stunning views made the enjoyment of the meals even more enjoyable. The restaurant has an enormous menu-card offering: - Starters, Salads, Seafoods, Meats, Pastas, Pizzas and even have a Vegetarian menu. Drinks: - Various Cocktails, Wine by the Bottle or glass. We real-lii had a good time here and would recommend this restaurant especially now that they are not very busy with the continuing Covid-19 pandemic because soon tourism will pick-up and it will not be easy to get in here

The food was tasteless , not Italian ... way over priced ... since when is a bottle of water so expensive... the calamari tasted a bit gritty , will never go back

The beef with feta pizza was generous and quite delicious. The staff are friendly and everyone observed covid protocols..I am disappointed however, to see the growing "hubbly bubbly" trend taking root at San Marco..during my visit there were three tables smoking in the vicinity. Smoke was wafting from these tables. The waitron said they are trying to attract customers so are allowing this practice...if not careful they will lose the ones they already have. I for one will not be back!
