That moment when you realize that, having consumed a plate full of locally sourced fresh veggies with homemade pita bread and herbed dips, chased with a cup of gazpacho, chock full of diced onions, tomatoes and cucumbers harvested not more than twenty miles away, your brain screams, “I ATE ALL MY VEGGIES AND I WANT MORE!!” you know you’ve experienced SANA.
