I had a very disappointing experience at Sachi Restaurant rajmarg Chauraha - Butwal. The hospitality was extremely poor. The waiter never came to our table to even ask for water, and we had to wait a long time just to get basic attention. There were no cutlery provided, which made things even worse. On top of that, it took around 30 minutes for just one order to arrive. The food itself was not satisfactory — it felt sticky and poorly prepared. The washroom was also in a dire condition, which reflects poorly on the overall hygiene of the place. Overall, it was an entirely unproductive expenditure of both time and funds, and it adversely affected our morale. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
