Come to this restaurant to try perfectly cooked crab rangoon, salmon and fried chicken. Good ice cream is so delicious here that it will surely become one of your favorite dishes. Visitors don't highly appreciate wine at Sancho's.

As a sushi lover and avid world traveler, my visit to Sancho's Sushi Bar at Hilton Ponce Golf & Casino Resort left me with mixed feelings. During a break in our golf game, we decided to grab a late lunch, and the experience was less than stellar. The service was notably slow, requiring multiple requests for food, drinks, and the check, extending our meal to nearly two hours. While the food was good, the prices were slightly higher than expected. The views from the place was nice over looking the ocean! l Optimistic, we returned the next day for dinner, hoping for an improved experience. While the service marginally improved, it still fell short of the excellence one would anticipate. Overall, I would categorize the experience as average across the board. Perhaps they were facing challenges during our visit, but for a place not considered budget-friendly, expectations for exceptional service and food are justified. As a sushi enthusiast, I hold certain standards for both cuisine and service, and Sancho's Sushi Bar didn't quite meet those expectations. Despite the scenic location within the Hilton Ponce resort, the overall experience left room for improvement.
