I was in recently and witnessed the manager being disrespectful to a customer who had ordered soup but was mistakenly served a bowl of ranch while still being charged for the soup. The customer was understandably confused, yet the manager handled the situation poorly. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects a lack of leadership skills.
