I went with my family for breakfast and ordered the mini Tiffin, and to my utter disappointment and surprise the food offered was stale and cold.
I asked the manager why they have served cold idli, cold sambhar, and cold Upma and Pongal and without flinching an eye he said that if you want I can change it and this shocked me completely as he was aware that they were serving us food that was prepared day before or days before and then he came back asking that he can give fresh.
Of course I said no as my trust was gone and then we just had our dosa and left.
I am hoping that their management can see this review and contact me to get the full story to improve the food and also the attitude of their team.
