Impeccable in terms of service from the staff and ambience. When it comes to food, presentation is flawless but flavour-wise, it leaves room for desire. I recently visited Sangkar Restaurant in Bali, and overall, the experience was quite underwhelming. Cocktails: Average at best — the presentation was fine, but the taste and balance didn’t stand out. ️ Food: Super average. For the price point, I expected refined flavors and freshness, but everything felt quite ordinary. Decoration: The interior and setting were good — elegant design with nice touches that reflect Balinese aesthetics. ️ Ventilation: Poor. The dining area felt warm and stuffy, which made the overall experience less comfortable. Overall: A beautiful restaurant with potential, but the food and service don’t justify the premium pricing. Needs improvement in quality and comfort to match its luxury image.
