Sansar is a new awesome discovery! close to Baumanskaya metro station is offering a really and interesting taste of Buryat-Mongolian kitchen and the owner nicely and warmely welcome us and staff was very gentle, thanks! Like in photo we started with Mongolian set: meat's dumpling in broth (tasty), fried/boiled raviol (cheese and meat) and kinda like cheburek (similar in shape with meat , sorry I don't know how to write the name :)), this was my favourite dishes, I really liked it and I'm suggesting strongly! Then Baikal salad (marinated fish, potatoes, spinach and greens, salted pickles): was fresh and tasty too! We followed with Sugudai, marinated tar tat 3 different fishes (marinated ad raw) with potates's sidedish:this is very typical from Baikal's Lake food, really appreciated it, give it a try, I suggest :) Ended up with a piece of cake, cherry/Berry powder from Siberia, cheese's cream with cacao's dusting: the right point to end a wonderful dinner and a virtual travel to Buryat/Mongolian food! Really happy for the discover, suggesting it absolutely in Moscow!
