I went to ``Niku Udon Sansuke'', which I gave up on due to the line the other day. As expected, they opened at 11am and I was able to sit down at 11:10am. However, 1/3 of the stones are already filled. The type where you buy a meal ticket from the ticket vending machine near the entrance and sit down without leaving a gap. Since it was my first time, it was like Sansuke udon. There is self-service water at the entrance and in the back, so bring your own and take a seat. You can also prepare the green onions and ginger that you want to put on the udon noodles. There are small plates so you can take whatever you like. Pretty good (I like green onions). Now, the Sansuke udon was prepared quickly. It's like ramen, but the soup stock has a good flavor and is refreshing, and the udon noodles are slippery. delicious. The char siu placed around it is also delicious. Halfway through, I added vinegar, which changed the taste, but it was also delicious. I think average is just right. I am full. Thank you for the meal. This time, I grabbed an adult Sansuke and went to "Niku Udon Sansuke". It was already past 1pm on a Saturday afternoon, so I was able to find a seat easily, but after I took my seat, more and more people started coming in and the place was almost full. Maybe I was just kind of lucky. I opened the sliding door, which was still a bit uneasy to open and close, bought an Adult Sansuke no Naka ni (1,200 yen) from the ticket vending machine, and took a seat. I handed over the food ticket and prepared my own water, green onions, and ginger. The bowl comes in about 5 minutes. The adult version of Sansuke is more ramen-like, but it still tastes like udon. The meat is also thick with pork, so it feels like eating meat (your jaw gets tired). Personally, I think Sansuke udon is fine. It's very delicious and very satisfying. I'm full. Thank you for the meal. It suddenly got cold today, so I went to Sansuke to try Sansuke udon (or rather, there were several set meal restaurants I wanted to go to, but Sansuke was the one I ended up at because they were all very crowded and had long lines). After reflecting on the other day, I decided to eat Sansuke udon. I added plenty of green onions and ginger. The soup was piping hot, and it warmed me up completely. After all, I feel like Sansuke udon is good. Thank you for the meal. I took my last chance this year to go to Sansuke. As expected, Sansuke udon. delicious.
