1 star — Absolutely diabolical experience. Even 1 star is generous Unfortunately, our experience at Santa Cocktail Club was absolutely diabolical, and it completely ruined what was supposed to be an enjoyable evening. The staff were rude, argumentative and extremely slow. We waited over 25 minutes for our drinks, only to have one drink arrive — and even that was completely incorrect and non-alcoholic. We then had to wait while trying to get the mistake addressed, despite already having waited an unreasonable amount of time. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff. Mistakes can happen, but the way we were treated when trying to address the mistake was unacceptable. There was no sense of urgency, professionalism or genuine attempt to resolve the situation. And we certainly weren't the only ones experiencing this. We saw another couple waiting for their drinks who became so frustrated with the service that they eventually left. When multiple customers are waiting an excessive amount of time and leaving because of the service, that says a lot about the way the place is being managed. We came here expecting a fun atmosphere and good cocktails, but instead left feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. I would not recommend Santa Cocktail Club to anyone, and we certainly won't be returning. A cocktail bar can get an order wrong — what matters is how you treat your customers afterwards. Unfortunately, the service and attitude we experienced were simply not good enough. Price per person: €10–20
