Santa Fe BBQ is pretty near New Mexico State Capitol (Roundhouse). Guests don't highly appreciate sliced brisket at this restaurant. From the visitors' viewpoint, the staff is hospitable here. horrible food. why would you serve me pork belly that is hard and burnt? do you not check before you serve your food? I got the brisket sandwich and pork belly.. total with tip $19.... The brisket is dry bitter flavorless taste like was not fresh and smoked with dirty smoke. the pork belly pieces were hard as rocks and burnt. I could not even chew one. the entire $19 meal was horrible. overcooked reheated not fresh.... I want my $19 back... We stopped for lunch while we were in Santa Fe. Our group tried the brisket, pulled pork and turkey leg. Everything was excellent! Great flavors, well cooked and good value. I would highly recommend the Santa Fe BBQ.
