To delight my mouth, I also requested the house antipasto as a starter, consisting of focaccia, puff pastry grissini, toast with black sesame, Blumenau sausage pâté with pomodoro sauce, gorgonzola pâté and butter, honestly, I ate everything with the sticks and with gorgonzola pate, I tried everything but I devoured the sticks, and to please my stomach, Roman shrimp, and I asked to exchange the risotto for tagliarini with sage butter and I was promptly served.
