It's a pleasant experience to taste nicely cooked partridge, monkfish and caponata. Do not go away without trying good muffins, queijada and biscuits. It is nice to enjoy delicious cappuccino or great espresso.

The creative staff welcomes guests all year round. The terrific service is a great advantage of this cafe. Low prices are what you will pay for your meal. At Santiago Artisan Bakery, people can enjoy the cozy ambiance and homey decor. The average score of this place on Google is 4.6.

Good food, terrible service. Lack of training and cordiality. Whenever we went to the establishment, something was always missing from the order to be delivered. They always forgot to bring something. Today was our last trip to the place. We waited 40 minutes. I informed the lady who was writing down the reservations on the paper that it was taking time. I was informed that there was a priority (pregnant) in front of us. We stayed inside the store from the beginning waiting. Another 10 minutes passed and I realized that another table had been occupied in front of us. I went to the person responsible for the reservation to complain and she said she called us numerous times. In other words, a team completely unprepared to respond. With so many calling apps and you insist on this terrible service. Training and training of personnel is what you need.

I've been going to Padaria Santiago for a few years, and in general the food is quality. In fact, I've already taken some friends there. Today I went alone, it was busy, I was placed at a corner table, an isolated place, it took a while to be served and I noticed that people who arrived later were served first. In the end, I wanted to make one more order and I raised my arm, the attendant (who they said was a site coordinator) looked, signaled as if he was going to assist me and then walked away to do something else, so that was a reason for me to take my things and leave. The service at the place is terrible, the fact that it is full is not a justification, in these cases, increase the team and improve training, as paying a lot for something unsatisfactory is not possible.
