I grew up on Santiago's breakfast burritos. They used to be packed with flavor and green chili and I would look forward to picking up a couple to start my day off. Unfortunately, that has all changed. I went in to get some breakfast burritos for myself and a few buddies. I ended up getting 6 burritos in total. My order was 2 half and half 4 hot burritos. I placed my order and waited 15 minutes while they served other people who ordered after I did hot/ half and half burritos. Not a huge deal, but I was kinda expecting first come first serve, especially when others were ordering several burritos as well. When I finally got my food, we started to dig in and the disappointment became clear. They didn't have any green chili in them and the filling was dry. They were not spicy and we were all disappointed. Something has changed in the last few years and they are not what they used to be. I'd recommend going somewhere else for breakfast burritos especially if you're looking forward to green chili. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

I'm really sorry u had such a bad experience...we strive to do our best every day. All breakfast burritos have 2 oz of chile inside, they r made fresh to order, it might be a slight of hand but I apologize if u didn't taste any chile. We will address this to our employees.
