the grande nachos is huge! definitely better for sharing otherwise you will end up wasting food

We just ordered a take away from Santa Fe restaurant in Nedlands. We had an unfortunate experience with them, initially we ordered the BBQ Wings and Gourmet Beef burrito without mushroom and spinach and were told we'd have a 15 minute wait. When we arrived (20 minutes later) we found that the order was taken down wrong, instead it was taken as bbq wings and nachos, an unfortunate accident but we understand these things happen, we were happy to wait as they corrected our order, after about 5 -10 minutes they brought our food out and we made our way to the car, we then realised they had only given us the burrito. after having waited for so long we decided to make our way home and cut our losses, when we cut the burrito in half to share... we realised it had spinach in it... something we had requested more than once to not be included, more or less the first mistake was understandable, but once they realised they had made a mistake, we do not feel like they correctly handled the situation as we ended up waiting longer than expected and receiving the wrong thing AFTER having to re-request the order. The Manager was very polite and tried his best to resolve the situation but we still feel a little disappointed as a whole, and feel the original staff member to take down our order did not seem apologetic or sorry for her mistake. (which we would have happily forgiven if SHE had acknowledged it)
