Santo was one of the best culinary experiences of our trip. Every course was a discovery of new ingredients and flavors. The staff was extremely kind and helpful and explained every course with google translate so we knew what we were eating. It was very nice to see the chef prepare all the dishes with calmness and precision right in front of you. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My husband and I had an amazing experience at Santo. Every single dish was prepared so well and this was easily the best dining experience we have had! The atmosphere was incredible and everyone was so nice. We were not expecting dinner to last almost 3 hours, but the time went so fast and there was a new dish to eat every few minutes. You will not leave hungry! Highly recommended to try out this place; make sure you book in advance. This was the best experience I have ever had with a meal. 3-4 hours of endless rounds of food, each better than the previous. Initially when we entered, we seemed out of place as the only Americans; however, the staff made us feel welcomed and wanted. Explained every dish and how to eat them (thank you Google Translate), all while preparing the next round of meals. If you visit Hiroshima, on a night they are open, this is a must-visit spot. Reservations are a must! Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
