We stopped by while waiting for a bus near the station. This is right by Chiyoda station and is run by an elderly couple. This is a no frills, home cooked meal type of restaurant. They serve good drinks, but it is not a cafe where you can ask for alternative milks or adjustments to the menu. It has 10 table seats and 3 countertop seats. It feels very locals only. They also sell very beautiful stained glass works and other art here. If you want a quiet place to relax and wait for the train or bus, I recommend coming here. The omurice was very delicious. It felt like someone welcoming you into their home and serving a great meal. Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
