Far from being a authentic Thai joint. The food can be better classified as Thai inspired. The staff is great, extremely friendly and attentive. They have always a great selection of wines. The smell outside was very promising, but unfortunately we were very unlucky in going to see Sanuk, we paid for a disaster. It took more than 1h30 for the food to arrive (a couple), and a couple who sat next to us, 1h after we arrived, received their dish almost at the same time as us (they waited something like 20 minutes). I ordered my dish without pepper and it was good, but I couldn't eat almost anything because we waited so long that I got hungry and I had to stuff myself with juice and my stomach ran out of reserves. I ate 1/3 of the dish and had to take 2/3 home (it would have been more worth an Ifood, right?). My husband ordered a pad thai with level 1 pepper (the lowest) and received an impractical dish that was so hot. We called the attendant to say that there must have been a mistake in the hand when adding the pepper, and they added like 3 times what they should have, perhaps due to the rush (since our dish took forever to arrive), but the attendant He said that it's "normal and that the pepper harvest is heavy this week." I thought it was a lame excuse for not having to change the plate. It would also take another 2 hours to arrive, right? We always order pad thai in many restaurants with a little pepper and it has never been this absurd. He left the restaurant feeling sick because it was so spicy and now he's feeling sick at home. I think they must have forgotten our request for the last positions and then in their haste they made a mistake and put in triple the size. Sanuk was highly recommended to us, so we came to see it, but unfortunately it was a disastrous experience and one to forget. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
