I have been going to Sapporo Ramen for more than 20 years now. Yep that's how old I am :-) Sapporo impresses with its rich yummy homemade soup base. If you know anything soup, you know that the base is critical. My favorites over the years have been Miso Ramen and Kimchi Ramen, but I have had almost everything on the menu. There is no bad choice.
