We are a hiking group and visit Shemshak often to enjoy the fresh Air and quiet environment. This is our third visit to Sarv restaurant and without exception we have been very satisfied with both the service and quality of food. Yesterday which was father’s day in Iran and a holiday and the restaurant was awfully busy they attended to our table very well. We all had Entrocote Salad for starters and Chicken Kabob as main course, both of which were excellent. On other occasions we have tried other foods on the menu and those were also very good. I highly recommend this restaurant and hope that it continues with its good service and cuisine.

On Thursday, during a time that wasn't particularly busy, we had to wait about an hour for our food to be served. When we complained about the delay, instead of an apology, we were met with deeply inappropriate behavior. This made us decide to forgo our meal and leave the restaurant altogether."
