Oya Hinaya is open from 3pm on weekdays, I was looking for a restaurant that also offers free refills of rice and miso soup for lunch, and I came across this restaurant. At this restaurant, Sasa-san lets you refill not only the rice and miso soup, but also the salad and side dishes. To find the location, exit the Tachikawa South Exit and head left (towards Shinjuku) along Winds Street. Winds Tachikawa (off-track betting ticket office) Kawano Hospital Nishikicho intersection It's next to Kuruma Ramen. I bought a fried chicken set meal (950 yen) and a raw egg with a meal ticket. (Electronic money such as PayPay cannot be used) For first-time customers like me, the proprietress provides a detailed explanation from the beginning. Arrange the salad with lettuce, shredded cabbage, corn, and wakame seaweed for an orthodox salad. For rice, there is Yukari (red shiso) and Noritama furikake. Miso soup has a lot of small, thin pieces of fried tofu floating in the miso soup pot. It reminded me of when I was on school lunch duty when I was in elementary school, trying to get a bowl of miso soup, but maybe it's just my imagination. The raw eggs are already cracked and placed in the bowl, ready to be eaten. I appreciate the attention to detail in this area. Before eating the fried chicken, fill up your stomach with egg-cooked rice. The freshness of the raw eggs is not bad and they are delicious. The fried chicken was brought to us, and we had refills of rice, miso soup, and side dishes. Bean sprouts such as namul are also abundant. Fried chicken tastes normal. Is chawanmushi served afterwards? It was brought to me. I tried to get a second helping of rice and miso soup, but... The store was filled with customers one after another. There were students, office ladies, local wives, men and women in work clothes who looked like they were doing construction work nearby, etc. It was so crowded that there was a line outside the store, so I had no choice but to be considerate of other customers and leave after 8 minutes. I think it's a good lunch restaurant for both those who eat a lot and those who don't have enough vegetables. I'm satisfied. I think I will use it again if I have a chance. Thank you for the meal.
