There is only one famous Sate Gule shop in Bajawa City, Ngada Regency, Flores Island, East Nusa Tenggara Province, namely Pak Rachman's Shop. This satay shop has been in Bajawa for a long time. The taste of the soft satay and gule meat accompanied by the right spices will invite the tastes of those who enjoy it and make them want to come back here again.
