We walked by, saw an empty table and after a short wait & some hesitation, we sat down. A few minutes later a young waiter (?) asked, quite aggressively, & arrogantly "who are you?". His demeanor made us laugh at first, we left feeling a bit guilty about assuming the table was free... GUILTY? What was THAT about?... Let's rewind... How about: "Do you have a reservation?"... Owner of Saito: this kind of attitude is not helping your business. Service: 1
