It's nice to order great japanese tea, iced green tea or coffee.

Our experience at Sato was truly a horrible one. We were a group of 10 and this was our first time at Sato and is definitely going to be the last. When we entered the restaurant the ambience was lovely and we had high expectations about the place but the experience and service that followed that evening was repugnant and highly disappointing. Firstly after giving our order, one starter came after 30 minutes followed by 2 main courses which came later and followed by the remaining starters and main courses which took almost 2 hours in totality to finally come. We had ordered soup which was was served last and ideally soup is served first. Secondly there were a group of people in large numbers who came later than us and most of the Sato staff were catering to them while the food which we ordered was hardly even served.....just one dish after every 20 mins. When we complained, one of the waitresses casually replied "The previous group came first, and we are serving them" which was really an absurd reply. When you are dining in a 5 star hotel restaurant even if you are packed with customers, your food service should come at least within 25 Mins and this place wasn't even crowded. Thirdly even after several complaints the food still was delayed. We spoke to the manager Ms. Karen about how bad the service was. She later on insisted us just to pay half of the bill because of the horrible service. The food overall was good but not that great as the service really made us lose our appetites. I didn't even bother giving a star for the service cause it was not worth even rating. If there was an option for a negative rating I would've given it . I would suggest there are many better Japanese restaurants like Kabuki, Katana tori, Maki etc. which have much better service and really good authentic Japanese food. Food: 3 Atmosphere: 3
