Minimal in appearance, but bold in flavor, with a clear broth that’s light, clean, and gently sweet — worlds apart from heavy tonkotsu soups The Raman master can speak English well, and he explained the soup base to me when he was not so busy. I also enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere from the local Japanese customers. Despite being full, the shop was almost silent, broken only by the gentle slurping of ramen. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I love the small Japanese restaurants. The menu is very simple (English menu is available). I enjoyed the standard size Ramen and added the hard boiled egg. The broth has a very nice savory flavor. If you are looking for a simple, inexpensive Ramen restaurant, Sato is worth a look. The staff was very friendly. I had a great experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
