The service of this establishment is disgusting! An order for pickup was made through the official Satsivi website. After 20 minutes of waiting, the operator called back and said that the order had been accepted and would be ready in 35 minutes. After 40-45 minutes, I arrived at this establishment to receive my order. As it turned out, the call center did not send the order to the restaurant itself! And accordingly, I was left without my order and with a spoiled mood. Instead of an apology, I was offered to order delivery with a wait of 1 30 minutes. I do not recommend this establishment. Parking: There is no parking near the establishment. I wanted to sit alone, but they got me with a reservation, although there were many empty seats. I asked to sit for a maximum of an hour. In the end I had to leave. We go here often, the food is ok.

A restaurant called "Satsivi"... The worst satsivi in my life, this is not satsivi, undercooked chicken, taken out of yesterday's broth, crumbled into small pieces, filled with under-sauce satsivi before servingI was very hungry, but could not chew this chicken, I managed half a portion, and the portions in this establishment are small. I thought lamb soup would be better, but I tried half a spoon and couldn’t eat it, sour, no salt, no pepper, and even the taste of missing lamb. I rarely write negative reviews, but the food is not only not tasty, the tastes are different, the food is simply disgusting. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
