The food was good, and the service was friendly I ordered the Spaghetti & Meatballs, Classic Caesar Salad, and Cheesy Garlic Bread. The spaghetti had a nice homemade feel, the meatballs were tender, and the garlic bread was cheesy and satisfying. The Caesar salad was fresh and made a great side. The staff were welcoming, and my food came out quickly. It’s a convenient spot if you’re looking for a simple Italian meal in the food court. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

For about $20 the portion sizes are way too small, I was shocked when I saw the portion size. On top of that there’s barely any taste to the pasta or sauce, it was my first time here and it’ll also be my last. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I recently visited Red Sauce with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experiences were disappointing. Last week, I arrived around 6 PM, well before the mall's closing time of 9 PM (which is also Red Sauce's stated closing time online), only to find the place closed. This was quite inconvenient. I decided to give them another shot today, arriving before 5 PM to place an order. The service was lackluster right from the start. When I greeted the employees with a friendly 'Hi, how are you?', I received a simple, curt 'Hi' in response. This made me feel like my presence wasn't really valued. What concerned me the most was the food handling. I observed a large tray of pasta being packed into bags, and during this process, a fly was visibly buzzing around and landing on the pasta multiple times. The employee packing the pasta seemed completely unaware. This lack of attention to hygiene is a serious concern and makes me question the overall food safety standards at Red Sauce.
