I liked the service, the food was well seasoned and well served. The only thing I would recommend is cleaning the griddle before grilling the fish as it was covered in burnt oil. A fish that is white came completely dark. Who likes this??

Terrible! Strawberry and fungus pie! Food unsuitable for human consumption. I don't recommend it, I'll never buy anything there again, very risky! When contacting the company, they claimed that the fungi appeared during the 60 minutes that the product was left without refrigeration, on the journey between my house and my father's house. According to them, the product spoiled because it was for immediate consumption, that is, if you are thinking of buying it for a family lunch, or as a gift for someone, don't buy it, because you will be embarrassed and give away a spoiled product! You failed to mention that we sent photos of the same product and the same batch on the same day, obviously refrigerated, without any type of mold or mildew. Unfortunately, you were extremely disrespectful towards our team. We responded to your request immediately with accurate and correct information, but as you didn't like the response, we said that we were treating you like an idiot. We accept any and all suggestions for improvement, but we cannot be defamed with lies that are not our fault. And now an addendum: goods for immediate consumption depend on how they are stored and preserved, and do not necessarily have to be consumed immediately as you ironically suggested. Any and all validity, whether of industrialized products or not, with preservatives or not, depends on the storage method which, in your case, was done incorrectly and against our guidelines.
