Had a lovely dinner at Sausal last night. Our waiter, Benjamin, was fantastic and had great energy. I enjoyed the Arroz con Pollo and would highly recommend it to anyone. The rice is so special, and the chicken- holy moly, so tender and flavorful with the lightest crisp on the skin. We also ordered the shrimp fajitas, which were a hit as well! Overall great experience! I’ve now been for brunch/ lunch, and dinner and can say that the only thing that didn’t hit my palette right was the chicken enchiladas with the cashew sauce. Mainly just the sauce didn’t hit. Literally everything else has been phenomenal.
