Excellent restaurant/snack bar. I drank coffee there for three years. Polite and professional staff. I regret moving to Brasília. I recommend. Service: Dine in

Hi good evening, I come through this communication channel, to alert the regulars of the savannah, I had an excellent picanha beirute dish, but it wasn't what I expected from a place that calls itself chic, Picanha open in half, in the end horrible to be eaten such picanha in name alone lasts worse than second-rate meat Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: R$60–80 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Beirute

I was recently at Savana and was pleasantly surprised. The kind and helpful service provided by most of the employees was excellent, with the exception of the cashier, a woman with dark, long and very curly hair, who was hostile and inattentive, not paying attention to what she was doing and singing loudly even the bad songs she were playing at the venue. I think that while you are serving a customer is not the time to sing, mainly because while she was singing, she wasn't looking at the customer, she was super inattentive. It didn't even show the consumption in command. So far I can't say if it was charged correctly. While "assisting" this woman was not even looking or paying attention to her own service. This is terrible. The waiter who served was excellent, super helpful, attentive and polite. As for the dishes, the restaurant actually serves great options. I ordered bauru tapioca and it was completely delicious. Only in the northeast is it possible to try such well-made tapioca. The mango juice was also unrealistically good. It's a great place for those who run, cycle, skate, or do some sports at USP and then want to eat something delicious. It's very close to USP and close to a metro station too, it's right in front. I highly recommend checking it out. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
